Frequently asked questions

Do small companies also have to record working time?

Yes. The obligation in art. 202 of the Labour Code applies to every employer, whatever its size.

Is a signed paper sheet enough?

It can be, but it is hard to keep accurate, to store for five years and to produce quickly during an inspection.

What happens if the inspectorate asks for the records?

Export the requested period in a few minutes, by company, store or employee.

Can I use the phone's location?

Only under limited conditions and in a proportionate way. That's why in Pontualy it is optional and limited to the moment of clocking in.
